Hey jackie, notice that lady that came on last night who thought she was get that SE 910a for the big discount last night, i think i just had her call into blue care a few minutes ago! either that or soneone who tried the same thing, man was she "pissed off"

Yeah... We warned her though... People don't like the truth sometimes... Not to sounds like "other people", but I don't sugar coat things, I tell the truth... Sometimes people don't listen. But yeah, if it is, I feel bad. ☹️

Well i did except that she tells me on the phone, that its our fault that we never informed that she would get chargeback for the info they never read on the sony ericson site and tells me "you will credit the accoun since you never informed me of the chargeback, and if you can't do it, then you better get a supervisor to do it 🤣

even after i politely told her that it does tell her on the site it does inform the customer as to their policies, you have to click on it to read it, then escalated to a supervisor, who not only did not give her a credit, but told her that she was available for a loyalty credit "$0.78" according to the Adjustment Advisory Tool.

i think he did it because she blamed everyone but her, and according to the ...
