at&t has flawed logic on this. basically if the phone has an operating system and a qwerty keyboard, then they are a smartphone. if the device has an OS and is touchscreen, it is a smartphone. they dumb down all other phones to the point of almost being useless except talk, text, mms and im.

Any phone that a customer has is a smart phone, cos they are all smart.
