Its true, to unlock them you need to go into CSP Portal they have to be on continouus service for 90 days to unlock them, a policy that attws used to have , and cingulsr decided to migrate over onto cingular policy.They ...

Only Teir 2 Tech support is allowed to do it, but I don't even think all of them know how.

Nope, they lose all tenure when they migrate from blue to orange, the only that hangs around for first 30 days, is the blue contract, if they want to cancel the orange during first 30 days..

No sorry, the policy for ATTWS, now cingular Blue, is we DO NOT UNLOCK THE PHONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.We sell you those phones, on a discounted loss to be used on the ATTWS network, so the carrier does have the right to lock them to be used on OUR network only.Not trying to be mean, but thats the policy since GSM was launched by ATTWS.Cingular can't unlock the phones either for blue customers.
