wow, sales reps step ur game up
Everyone knows VZW has far more rigorous training and expectations on their sales professionals, and everyone knows that att sale reps dont work as hard because they are unionized, but now the tide has turned...
VZW has the hottest touch screen smartphone ever, with the worlds most popular smartphone brand, and it is more robust in features out the box with 9 gigs of total memory offered and global sim card pre-installed, twice the camera the i phone offers with full video/pix messaging support, more accurate touch scree...

GFY Troll 🤣
awww dont like the stopping by on someone elses forums thing do you evilhomer?
but you live on the VZW boards ,doing just that every day. When the shoe is on the other foot, you act like Avg Joe.got nothing to combat that because you know everything I stated was the truth, and you cant handle me, I would chew you up and spit you out when it comes to selling .
BTW: I have a Verizon account and don't sit over there preaching for people to move their account to VZW or whatever reseller you work for. I doubt you could have passed the literacy test required to work directly for VZW but I'm sure your Mall Kiosk material. 🤣
Having both services and discussing the pros and cons of a carrier is not a Troll like you, so don't compare your crap to my posts. Your not even the peanuts in my poop, TROLL.
You BASH VZW constantly, anyone can pull up your posts and see what you seem to do. but someone comes here and you get offended? I am looking for actually reps to speak about their game plan, not to hear from some bitter 37 year old chubster who thinks I cant work in the mall but doesnt have a job himself ( spend alot of time here dont you)
Hypocrite. I barely ever post here or anywhere on this site. Most of the time I just read. I came over to stir it up ...

I don't bash VZW. I'd like to see that. Other than saying that VZW's handsets are lackluster, and most crippled, which is a FACT, I've always complimented their network and coverage. You are just lumping me in with everyone you consider a troll and not actually reading my posts. The only thing is the VZW thre...

One. VRZ is no where near what ATT is. They are a CDMA technology, that's only used in like what maybe 20 countries world wide, where GSM is used in over 180...
Two. If you change your rate plan at anytime in your 24 month period there is no contract extension. The only time you extend your contract is when you get a new phone at a discounted price. Also our rate plans are the exact same price. Maybe you should do some research before you post.
Three. We are the only cust that offers rollover and our cust love that.
Four. We have some of the most successful and and well paid reps in the industry. ATT reps make a heck of a lot more money then VRZ reps. All rep...

CDMA is supported in over 190 countries, try again mister educated.
Your PP can not be adjusted without losing the rollover minutes you paid for. 71% of all customers who pay for rollover minutes never use them, therefor your over charging your customers, and that never makes a customer happy.
VZW reps on a n average make 8-10k more than ATT, and we dont pay Union dues to a union that doesnt do anything for you. We seen your re-structured commision statement for this year and we also see a ton of ATT employee come to us and never leave.
VZW reps are trained for one month, and we get comp training lessons weekly and we are called down for training classes in corporate HQ at least once every quarter. We have the highest rate...

As far as the rates being too high. Your number are way wrong. Yes cust may not use their rollover min. but what VRZ cust pay for a family talk 700 ATT cust pay the same amount we just give them rollover min. We also give them the same discount on a phone that we give a brand new cust that walks in off the street. So maybe you should do more research.

Yep. He's a troll for sure. He works part time from some mall kiosk reseller. This is the only place that make him feel important because he can come here and act like he is actually important to someone besides his mommy. Like they say, there are no dogs on the internet. Only Trolls.
translation: evilhomer, probably the biggest troll on the VZW forums since Avg Joe got booted, has now surrendered to the fact that I know what I am talking about, and I put up such a good rebuttal he has nothing left to say but lame stabs like re-seller ( hint they are called authorized agents by corporate) and bringing my Mom into this ( pretty juvenille for someone who is supposed old enough to have his...

A true troll is someone who works for another carrier coming into a forum and start touting about how they need to switch over to their carrier. That is a troll.
For the record, I never insulted your mother. All insults were directed at you. But then, to understand that, you would really have to be able to read about a 3rd grade level.
You haven't won any argument for VZW or AT&T. You just continue to enforce the fact that you are a tr...

Now follow closely here:
Considering VZW and AT&T have the EXACT SAME PRICE for their voice plans and AT&T allows customers to keep minutes they don't use, doesn't that mean VZW is also overcharging for their plans if, according to you, AT&T is doing that? Even more so considering AT&T allows customers to keep their unused minutes while Verizon doesn't?
Second question, and this one is a tough one I know. Whose behind did you pull that half million "reservation" number from? How exactly do you reserve one. I just walked across the hall to the VZW store and they don't know how to reserve one. Must be that superior training.
And third q...

Reservations numbers come from the 5 star campaign, something ANY person in VZW knows about and utilizes on a daily basis. I can not believe you walked into a corporate location and no one knew that, so hence another fabrication from a supposed ATT employee. When a person comes into a VZW location and gives us a cell number and a name, we lock them in for a reservation. This guarentees stock of the item and not being short when launched.
AS for canceling your 5 lines, have fun with that. Vodafone , our sister company, is giving away Storms for free with signing up for BB service. So 99 bucks isnt so far fetched now is it?
Maybe you might try and educate yourself super star. You seem to be lacking any true knowle...

Driving while texting is the single most idiotic thing you can do with the exception of driving drunk.
Moron.
And as far as your "5 Star Compaign"? I asked if I could pre-order a Blackberry. No way that can be done. I asked how to reserve one. No way to do that if I did not already have Verizon. And a reservation does not mean a sale. And you still have not said how you got the half million figure. It is not published internally at Verizon for their employees to know so whose backside was it pulled from?
Again, use some actual facts for your trolling and you won't look so much like a... troll.
BTW, you didn't answer my question about the rate plans...

And one more thing, the cellular phone market is pretty much saturated by now. So more and more new customers are going to be someone else's churn, like Sprint for example, they lost a couple of million in the 3rd quarter to Verizon and AT&T.
So please, kids, let's play nice, or else we are all going to get canned. 8...

Like I said, great training.
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Verizon Wireless said on Thursday that it would sell the touch-screen BlackBerry Storm for $199.99, after a rebate -- in line with pricing for its popular rival, Apple Inc's (AAPL.O) iPhone.
The wireless venture of Verizon Communications (VZ.N) and Vodafone Group Plc (VOD.L) said the first touch-screen phone from Research In Motion (RIM.TO) would cost $199.99 after a $50 rebate for customers who sign a new two-year service contract.
Pricing for the highly anticipated device, which goes on sale online and in Verizon stores on November 21, has been the source of much speculation after Vodafone said October 31 ...
