WIndows mobile 6.1 update?

Anyone know if/when At&t will update the Q9h or any there device?

Is there anywhere I can get this update without at&t?

The Q9h refresh (NEW COLOR!) will be launched soon with WM 6.1 - you will need the ATT software but I can't really comment on obtaining it.
