I have had 2 folks today, finally migrate from the old charter plans today. I didn't realize that there were that many people still on them.

They are comming in with Direct mailers giving an additional $50 off any phone. I matched them both on teir 5 upgrades with pda/sms packages.

what is tier 5 upgrades?

what region (store?) do you work in? Sounds like a nominal but worthwhile incentive ($50)...

thanks!

I am in the dallas market. You might want to watch the mailbox. The same offer should be nationwide.

A tier 5 upgrade is one that has a priceplan of $79.99 or higher.

Have you heard or seen of any plans which would compete with the other original ATTWireless Charter GSM Plan - the one with 1000minutes for $40 ?

thanks.

Att's retention department still has access to the 1500 minute (no rollover) unlimited M2M plan for $49.99. I was able to put someone on it last week.

At one time we did have a similar plan of 1000 minutes with rollover with no M2M or nights and weekends. give customer service a call to see if they can hook you up if you finally migrate. FYI, the retention department can add up to 200 bonus minutes a month per line.

Is it possible for a legacy plan person to add a 3rd line to the existing plan that already has 2 lines of service without changing my cost, except the charge for additional ine, or recontracting. I would be using my own unlocked phone.
