So yesterday I sold a blackberry to a customer on an upgrade. As everyone knows it doesn't have insurance. Well she went home and went up in the elevator in her condo and dropped the phone. There is a slot the EXACT thickness of the phone and it just happened to fall down that crack... and bye bye phone. So in this I ask... where can she get a curve for a good price... I am trying to help her out. Please help me on this she is just the nicest person in the worst situation.

*Try and help her gain access to the at&t premier website so she can order one with a discount.
*Call customer service and see what they could
*Buy one off of craigslist
*Since she just upgraded, have her pay for he cost of the phone, reverse the upgrade, and then get her a new one.
