sending picture messages
every time i want to send a picture to my e-mail it says unable to send do i have to have it in my plan? i dont have texting in my plan but it works anyway plaese help me if this helps any i have a motorola v551

No, it doesn't need to be in your plan, but the internet pay per use, and mms has to be on the account. You might be missing the feature. It could have not been put on or it may have expired. If you call customer service they can check that for you and put it on if you are missing it. That should solve the problem.

MMS renders itself (if only partially) through the GPRS portion of the phone, be sure that your phone is properly set up for this, lest your MMS/Data portions of the phone may not work right.
