Premier policy Change

I went to look at the premier site today and my account came back as "not allowed to upgrade". In the past I've always been able to both look and order off of the premier site, although I've only done this about once per year. My last upgrade was in August of last year. Has there been a policy change for premier members? If so it really takes the luster off of premier considering the hassle of having to do everything online only.

another premier question. Who gets to look at a premier site? I work for at&t and I know about the site but have never seen it. Can I order from it?

if you have a consumer account then you can look at it. There is a fan number for employees if they have a consumer account(not ERP). I get 19% off my bill each month.

You have to have a reqular postpaid account in order to attach the AT&T FAN to it and get the discounts.

That's my point about AT&T rep's. The right and doesn't know what the left handit doing.
The Premier site is for people who companies have a contract with AT&T to offer employees and retirees discounts.

It isn't exactly the Premier site but more likely the benefits/xxxcompany name site which show what you get. i.e., American Airlines doesn't get the same pricing as say Dell Computers.

I would call the Premier or NBO desk and ask why you can upgrade 888-444-4410.

The agreement between AT&T and the group which permits you to get a Foundation Account Number governs the upgrade policy. Check with the person in your organization handling the contract.

Premier is online ordering. What do you mean by your last statement?
