I was hoping there was a rep or tech on the forum that could maybe give me a quick fix for this problem. It was working prior to the switch. Could switching phones/plans have something to do with it?

Sounds like you will have to spend time on hold- but it's not too bad if you call early enough... I had this happen a few times when customers stop their call forwarding or cingular switches the voicemail platform. Call customer service and ask them to make sure your voice mail box numbers are provisioned correctly. one hint... don't cancel your call fowarding in your phone. just erase the number you had it forwarded to or you will lose your voicemail call forwarding. i was fortunate enough to get a good customer service rep once that walked me through the whole thing.

On hold for 10 minutes initially and got a rep that told me I had the wrong call center - got disconnected, then hold for another 10 or so minutes, then a very polite and knowledgeable rep got me fixed up. Said he needed to enter the right platform for my Blackberry. Had me turn my phone off then on again, then called and left a test message. Works fine now.
