"Allow sim card to send message"????

While using a unlocked nokia 61i, wvery time i access the web, it askes the question 'allow sim card to send message' and the options are send or cancel. What does this mean. (i am not in the messaging menu nor I am sending a sms or mms, just browsing the web). What message does the sim card want to send? Anybody else exprience this??

Basically your phone is asking if you want your sim to send and receive messages from the network.

If you go into your settings, I think it's phone settings, there is an option to disable it. It will allow your phone to communicate with the network without you having to do anything
