A Positive Experience...

So after discussing a recent experience with Blumpelstiltskin, I decided I needed to tell people about the previous experience leading to our discussion...

So let it be known that I upgrade every 4-6 months. I only upgrade direct every 12-18 months. So I am a bit early for my upgrade. Called to get the price on a Shine. Rep bent over backwards to give me a price that was WELL below what was being offered on the website. Documented and verified that it is guaranteed I will get the Shine for the low low price of $175, when I am not even eligible for an upgrade! Plus, he fixed a system error that wiped out my rollover mins. Totally nice guy too!!!!

giving away the farm dosent make a good sale...

Its NOT about giving away the farm. It about how helpful he was. He took alot of time to get me the best price, fixed my rollover and was nice. ALL AT THE SAME TIME! This is a good thing.

the best price would be what you were qualified for. they set qualifications for a reason. YOU just think he was helpful because you didn't have to pay full price for the phone. and of course he fixed your roll over..that upgrade counts for an activation and we all know it is about the money.. ohh wow 611 from cell phone its fixed

Miserable much? Just trying to point out that I had a good experience and you are trying to rip it to shreds... And I dont call 611. Dropped calls sometimes happen, so I call from my home phone

😁 nahh I'm a happy person... just bored at work thats all.. trying to pick a fight 😉 but we used to have people do that all the time because they couldn't sell the benefits of a company

Hey! wtf? we have people come on here all the time and complain about customer service or at&t in gerneral. He decides to give a good example and you shoot him down? Yes it is frustrating when customers come in and ask for outragous things cause some rep gave it them. but still have a heart, be grateful that he is relating a good interaction.

Thanks Sprint! Sorry to hear about the recent downfalls of your company. Looking at it from a humanity standpoint, its gotta be rough.

Thanks, I don't work for Sprint just a fan of their service, and a cell junkie like most of us here. Sprint and Nextel work perfect in my area and throughout the many years I've never had any problems with my service...but yeah tough times for those employee's who are losing their jobs right now.
