When will AT&T offer some of the premier phones that are offerd by some of the other carriers?

AT&T BY FAR provides the best services BUT the choice of phones is in last place.

Is this a manufacture or sever issue??

Just curious

Yeah, your statement is pretty much reversed, most people acknowledge that ATTs network isnt superior, but they have a good phone selection.

If they're network isn't superior, then why do they have more customers than the network that supposedly is superior???

I've been with Cingular/AT&T for over 6yrs, and I haven't experienced any problems with they're network. And I have an unlocked handset.

Ummm, because they bought other carriers that counted towards their total.

Also why do they have a higher churn rate then the "superior carrier"?

Things that make you go hummmmm.

OK "example" in this area of coverage Verizon stinks compared to AT&T "now" put Verizons choice of phones next to AT&T's; the only thing they all have in common the the new razr2. I like the voyager or the venus but have to settle for a iphone or a Sony Erickson 580i. Just my thoughts of course, I hope no feelings were hurt!! 😎 In the end it's the service that counts; obviously service in all areas of the nation will be different and yes AT&T does have a lot of good hardware!!

Happy New Year!!

Phone exclusivity is growing and most likely will grow even more. What do you like about the Voyager and Venus? I'm sure we could find you something else you like and if not it's probably the commercials talking to you.

Yea; I may be asking to much of a cell phone??

I like the use of a full keyboard for texing but all except the Pantech are to bulky and the Pan looks to flimsy; for me anyway.

I like the music playback of the SE580i, "this the phone I'm using right now". Great everything but texing is a challenge "small keys"

The touch screen option is impressive but limited with AT&T phones.

Future plans are to upgrade to the iPhone after all the kinks are worked out; I just hope it has a loud ringer and good earpiece....

What does the Voyager have that the Tilt doesn't? They're almost exactly the same size.

If you plan on upgrading to the iPhone, then you might as well wait for this summer, when supposedly theres a 3G iPhone coming out, and who knows, maybe even 16GB's.

Start $aving.

I actually thought AT&T has the most phones to choose from. AT&T gets them first and then the models are released to other carriers. Online has the most to choose from.

We have the same phones in the stores as online, they just show each phone 4 different times online.

Yep! And in multiple colors, and reburbished and so on, and so on.

Personally I'd give up on waiting for the SEK850, the LG Vu is definetly something to be excited about! ! !

really? It just seems like an iphone knock off to me. Plus it isn't as good as the voyager because it lacks a physical keyboard. ☚ī¸

well, the LG Vu has a memory card slot, iPhone doesn't. LG Vu is 3G iPhone isn't. Those are the only differences I can think of off the top of my head.
