I AM THE ULTIMATE I-PHONE HATER
Me, that's who & I have valid reason.
As an Authorized Dealer of At&t, one of only a handful left, I am not able to Sell the I-Phone so I consistantly have people asking me all damn day about a product I don't carry, and after months of it being available I'm glad I don't.
This I-Phone Madness has got to stop! I have only been in the Industy for a year now and it didn't take long for me to figure out that Nokia and Sony have the Best Product out there, as far as features and performance.
The I-Phone was and still is a Hustle, it is not what it is cracked up to be when it comes to a mobile phone you can use all over the world.
Reasons, reasons, reasons...I'm not going there...I just want to make it clear, that there is ...

U-Verse Sells itself.
Here Comcast Rapes people on Bills and people are fed up with it...We've even taken it to the extreme to get petitions signed in order for u-verse to be green in that area.
It sounds stupid but it's true, EVERY CUSTOMER EVERY TIME....alot of stores don't bring it up, but At&t serves a purpose they can provide home solutions like no other...
I can't really say that I "hate" the iphone, but I do "hate it" due to the fact that we can't sell it. Would I own one, if we could? NO. I think the Blackberry Curve is a much better phone. I think the iphone is one or any combination of the following: a hustle, for apple fanboys, the results of marketing genius, or simply a status symbol.
I really think that Apple made a huge mistake in not allowing the iphone to be sold by Authorized Retailers. I do believe that this has had a huge impact on their sales.
Two points:
1. YES, we do sale against it. We expose apple's marketing genius (yeah, it is genius). One example is Google Maps. Not many customers know that you can use GM ...

A status Symbol? Are you kidding, Maybe for High School freshmen, Certainly anyone over 16 can buy far more impressive status symbols wit their Charlotte Ruse and Mc Donalds income for their need to be ostentatious and seek approval based on what they have rather then who they are.
The Iphone is a "mee to" toy that has the Madison Avenue success written all over it. Hook line and sinker.
Doubt it, Our Kiosk was the Number #1 Store in At&t home sales in the MIDWEST last month...
I have no problem selling Curves all damn day, or any other phone I like, Nokia or Sony..
That was not my point, the point was that custoemrs are being fed b.s. by apple and COR stores..
Plain and simple, Like I said, I hate the I-Phone....that's that...
I'll fax you a photo copy of my next pay check

Who made this douche up lol? Is this a joke lol?
how many times can you write 'lol' in a post?
I myself can't wait to crush sales of any dealer who promotes the I-Phone with The Sony 850 we'll have here in March
Very excited bout that, I hope Nokia drops some new phones our way too...
It's a shame the N-75 didn't live up to the Hype, I'd love to promote some of Nokia's Features to the American Market.
Happy Holidays

You are losing out on sales if you are slamming the iphone everytime a customer asks about it. HEre's what I have done, I actually bought one. I keep it at my store. When a customer asks about it, I show them mine and show them all the cool stuff it can do. If they decide to get it, I say ok mr customer, I dont' sell it here, but I can set up your service, give you a nokia backup phone for free, and you can go to the apple store at the mall and get your iphone. It doesn't matter where you buy it, you activate it through itunes, and plus, you are getting a back up phone for free. Its awesome, you'll love the iphone.
lol.. that, folks, is the difference between the shortsighted 18yr old mall k...

I agree, that's why I did the same thing, I activated over 20 New acts and showed customers all the trendy stuff on the I-Phone
Sorry Folks, the Reign is over, that's why they are re-upping the I-phone Design..
The Kiosk is great by the way...
Location, Location, Location....I stand for 9 hours but get triple the traffic
Chill with the Hate....
Remember, I'm the Real Hater Here...
I look like a Million Dollars Son...
I'm Fesh as the Sony 850
Its really hard to try to convince a customer to purachse a Curve over the Iphone because of all the hype...im not sure about other COR stores but when a customer askes me what the best phone for emial is I always say Blackberry, if you like the Iphone because of google maps and youtube and the safari internet browser then go buy an Itouch and be happy if you want a good reception phone, that fits perfectly in your hand with all the PDA functions you need then get a Blackberry...if you want to look cool, and take a cloth to your phone after every call, and drop most of your calls then get the Iphone. 😈
