San Antonio is definitely down and we've heard most of South Texas is as well.
All of these people calling and coming in screaming about there phones not working.
The old ATTWS customers are the worst. Claiming ATT systems never went down. When were they ever up?

Haha. That's funny. I remember one day we have all of Californa go down. That was a mess. QUE of over 250 calls with people waiting to ask what's wrong. Went down for almost 12 hours.

Holy Crap! I can remember once when Kansas city HLR went down for about 8 hours and in like 5 minutes following it going down there were like 175 calls in que.
What is pretty funny to me is when someone calls in all frantically and they are like help help my phone isnt working. So you're like I'm sorry you're phone isnt working etc...Ask them what is it doing, and how long has it been doing it. Then they say well 5 minutes ago I tried to make a call and I had full signal and the phone said "call failed" So...you kindly ask the customer for the number they were trying to dial and it ends up being a disconnected landline or something...That or you tell them to powercycle their phone and make a test call and it works and they get all excite...

supposedly it was fixed at 7:20pm last night. My phone seems to have been working fine since around then. Still a little buggy on some text messages, but everything else seems okay.
