Nokia 6555 external display

I've read online that the external display on the Nokia 6555 cannot be set up to show who is calling. Is that true? You can only have that clock appear and not a caller ID function?

Incorrect. Thats one main point of an external screen is to show caller ID. So YES it shows caller id on front.

You can also set your answer mode to send key or any key answer and when you open your phone you can see whow's calling before you answer.
