I know I have asked this before but,can anyone PLEASE tell me why at&t doesn't have any M4 rated hearing aid compabitle phones? The have plenty of M3 ratings, but no M4. There must be a reason. All CDMA carriers have them but not at&t or T-Mobil. It may be the GSM network, but someone should know. I like at&t and would like to stay. Sometimes I wonder if they cator to the young people. Anyway, someone please help. Thanks PS I wear 2 hearing aids and am 71 years old and I really like their CS and their products.

Samsung D307 has M4 when you're on 1900Mhz. That's it.

Why, really have no idea. Probably something with the technology, maybe M4 uses something in the 850 band and it interferes. That's the only phone compatible and it's not new or anything so you have me stumped.

Thanks again for your reply. I could go to Verison but I like at&t. I like the sim card and the whole bit. I had Verizon for 5 years with no problem. Don't want to go back, but i may have to. I am going to try a 3G phone first. They are WCDMA, and that might help. Thanks again, Paul PS. M3 is pretty good but M4 is better. 🙄

AT&T's Samsung SGH-A437/A436 is/are M$(very compatible.

I believe at this time it may be AT&T's only M4 cell phone.

Alexander Graham Bell must be spinning in his grave. He started this company but his heart was into teaching and helping the hard of hearing, including his wife.

It's the varied technology in the hearing aids. In all honesty, there's no way a phone can be guaranteed to work with ALL hearing aids so M4 or T4 rating are probably overrated. M2-M3/T2-T3 ratings are more honest. I've got the latest technology hearing aids and some M4/T4 phones don't even work and yet some phones that are not rated do work.

I do know that my hearing aids like the G3 network areas better as I do get a buzzing in the Edge network areas. For other hearing aids that may not be the case.

The best thing to do is simply try the phones even if it doesn't have a rating.

When the G3 iphone comes out I'll be marching over to the store to test it with my hearing aid
