Sales: DSL, U-Verse, Cell Phones? Feedback?
Hope everyone is great this morning.
I was wondering how everyone else is doing when it comes to AT&T product sales besides their cell phones.
In my market, it is a very big deal to be selling high speed internet & U-Verse, A Very big deal.
Phones as well, but it cannot be denied, AT&T is a home entertainment, solutions company, from my perspective.
Phones have taken a seat back on importance of sales, I mean we are still required to meet our New Activations and so on..
But U-Verse is the thing right now...
SIDENOTE---I have U-Verse at my house, don't watch alot of telivision, but I can say It's great because it's cheaper than every other cable provider.

I wish we could sell all that. All we sale here is wireless. I have so many people come in for home phone service and DSL and I have to turn them down...btw im in KY.

Is there a plan that lets you combine wireless, cable, and DSL together? Or, maybe just cable and wireless together.

Combine Billing is available in some markets..
I have my customers Internet, Wireless, and home phones all on one bill...
Soon that will be the Norm everywhere, it's a great convience and you get 10% off your monthly bill for combine billing..
But I'm telling you, U-Verse is THE product right now, and I can see why, it's a good product.

U verse still has its cons when compared to cable providers. U verse tends to go down more than cable does but at least its not as bad as satellite.

U-verse sucks arse, the evil empire should have taken a page out of verizons book and gone FTTH instead of FTTN, and using twisted pair copper wire to deliver their crappy attempt and providing TV service, 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
