HOW MUCH ON AVERAGE DOES A COR STORE AGENT MAKE EVERY TWO WEEKS ON 80 HRS. I DO WARRANTY EXCHANGE NOW AND I'M THINKING OF GOING TO WORK AT A COR STORE BUT DO NOT WANT A PAY CUT. ANYONE THAT WOULD HAVE ANY INFO PLEASE POST

I heard they don't hire people who type in all caps, but that might just be in my market.

Typing in all caps means that there is something important that must be emphasized. Even in the Warranty department we should type in correct caps. All capps is harder to distinguish proper and improper nouns. Sorry, I used to be a school teacher.

The last rep we had in my store who typed in all caps was actually forcibly transfered to the warranty department, so you might want to fix that.

I don't know how many times I see all caps notes in the system. If people only knew how much easier it would be to flip through notes. How many novels do you see typed in all caps? None. We would be more professional if we learned how to type properly. I guess it is a pet peeve of mine.

Whenever we notate accounts through POS.com it reformats everything into caps. I can type very clearly and make everything look nice, but when I hit submit it saves it in all caps. it's disgusting.

If you do a memo in Telegence, it keeps your formatting. But OPUS, POS and CLARIFY all come out caps no matter what.
