me: No need to be rude sir, but what we have here is an exchnage program and we do expect you to return a deffective phone to us if you process warranty with us

The first one was when I was fairly green to the industy, and a customer came in with issues with his phone, so I offered to exchange it for him, but was told that he didn't want and I quote "no dirty, wetback drug dealers phone. I don't need no slimey mexicans callin me lookin fer dope". I assured him that his refurbished phone would still have his old number, and would have a clean history, and told him to kindly leave the store if he wasn't happy with that.
I guess he wasn't.
The second time a customer didn't want to give up his exchanged phone because he was going to sue the manufacturer, and the service provider. I informed him that if he can get a ...

Any who, like I just said the exchange was funny, but how come more people respond to these types of posts, or ones about ATT vs Verizon, but not helpful ones?
I know I have asked a few questions in the last few weeks regarding WM6 and GPS on newer phones without a decent response. Not saying its your fault, but hopefully since I responded to this post someone will read it.
anyhoe, the reason why a lot of people reply to these type of posts is that because its entertaining...a lot of us here are working and bored to death with dealing about phones the whole day and trying to resolve every issues of our customers, its just a way of us phone workers of venting out and to staying sane....lol....and we cant vent our frustration on those stupid custs...so we only do it here, otherwise we'll get fired if we break up by not venting out...lol

I, myself, have had similar experienced where I needed some important information regarding a feature, to get nothing. The people on this site aren't tech geeks, they're service reps. It's probably safe to say most are in high school as well.
