Phones for Elderly people, Would you agree?
It would have to be Nokia, because many of them that come in have an old arse Nokia that they swear by. Simply a phone that would make it easier to text, and place a call.
I love my job, but damn I swear most of us pretend to work when an 87 year old lady walks in, wanting to upgrade a phone.

But AT&T would have to market it right. Knowing them they would just come out with it but not actually let anyone know they had it - much like the firefly when it came out in our market.
if you sales people got on the ball and researched your phones, you could sell anyone anything.
You knowingly sell people 3G phones that get poor service in non-3G areas. I deal with them all day.
Sell them the V365. Super great RF, Super long battery life, nice camera for the grandkids, video camera for taking videos of fluffy. Its big and sturdy and feels nice in the hand.
please read stuff before you go and post things
You go ahead and sell these old people a flasky RAZR or POS CU500. They will cancel their service of 20 years faster than you can blink.
Do what is right because it is right.
Dont sell them something you wouldnt buy yourself.
I sell old people V3s and when we had them CU500s. I'm not aware of half of my sales canceling if they have.
What are you speaking of doing right? I feel better about sending someone out with a V3xx over a Nokia 2610 every single day even if they think they want the 2610.
And just so ya know, I have a V3, CU500, and a V3xx. So I'm not selling things I haven't already bought and tried myself.
I know the percentage of these phones that are defective.
Im saying, from a non-sales point of view, the V365 is better for old people than say a CU500 or V3.
