I would fire whoever is in charge of customer service.
I would give some agents more capabilites like...if a customer's account is suspended I would let them look it up so they could pay it in the store with a credit card.
I would get rid of posII and make opus universal.
I would only allow us to sell sony ericsson's and nokias as well as other smart phones.
I would shut down all POS systems on holidays so the employees could have a personal life.
Finally..I would tell stanny boy to go on a diet because he is ruining the company image.

I love my motos and LGs, but amen brother.
2. lower the Blackberry and PDA connect price.
3. allow all agents the ability to access all markets phone #'s
4. get more phones that have traditional European/Asian release.
5. stop charging for every little thing(transfer of service, OTA backup, Messaging Starter)
6. Stop bring out great ideas that work for 3 phones (that you mobile backup) bring it out when it works for all models.
7. Stop, stop, stop the "Customer service put it in my notes" crap. If we can't do it in store don't let customer service do it either. We need to have uniform rules for our products and services. Don't let a customer bully you into doing something that compromises us in stores.

Number 7 is okay for COR. It's just agents who can't do that. For everyone at COR there is a line item discount code (P47) that says "Customer Service". As long as its in the notes, we can do what customer service says we can.
Got a cool Customer Service rep you communicate with? Have her (because it's always the fast-speaking female reps that know how to do their jobs) add in a note about giving the cust whatever, and you can ring it out for whatever they said in the notes.
* Start nights at 7pm to bring us inline with Sprint. Easier than adding minutes to the plan and a better selling point to customers.
* A "Unity Like" addon pack that allows you to call AT&T land lines for free. Unity is a great idea, but the requirements are hard to get people to fall in line with. Make "Unity" a $15 single, $25 family package.
* Streamline our PDA connect plans. Allow most PDAs to use Media Max. It'll help reps understand the pricing structure and help customers understand as well.
* Make AT&T to AT&T texting free with the plan price or raise the rate plans $5 and add in texting and the 7 nights as mentioned above.
