Does Cincinnati Bell still do land line services as well? Would it be for the whole thing or just the Wireless? And is Cincinnati Bell asking to be bought out like Dobson did?

There's merit to the rumor. A purchase of CB would most likely be for their landline, internet and wireless divisions in entirity. It would be a major coup for AT&T in the greater Ohio area.
