Billing Charges
Here I sit waiting for the FedEx man. 😉
Yesterday morning I ordered online the LG L1400 phone for $29.99, got the Nation Plan 850 minutes for $59.99, added MEdia Works for $19.99, and opted for fast shipping of $14.95.
Unbeknownst to me until I later checked my account balance to notice Cingular charged me twice for my deposit, twice for the phone, 3x's for shipping/handling, and 3x's for tax. 😢
So I called Cingular and my bank. My bank said the money hasn't actually been deducted yet but stated that it does indeed look as though Cingular over charged me several times. I hope they are right. Called Cingular and explained the situation and they stated it was just pending and not actual charges. Hope it will all be okay, j...
