8525 Media Problem
So my 8525 is having issues when reading the memory card. When I insert it, it asks if I want to search for files. I click yes. It finds all the files, but it gets stuck when adding them. I have reset the phone a few times. What should I do?

If you've had it under 30 days, take it to the store to get it looked at, then replaced, if need be. Did you do the master reset, or a soft reset?

Did the soft reset. I kinda figured something out. My phone kept putting files on the memory card & kept filling up, so it would not access the files properly. Deleted a few songs & it works just fine now. Alo, I ddno buy this from a store. I got if from my sugar daddy LOL. Its the price of waiting in line for him to get an iPhone...

this is not a device problem. This is new windows media player problems. I have had the same issue with mine. unfortunately there is no fix. it is due to write-protection. You can however go to open file and add them all individually to the que and then they will work np. A bit of a headache but it works. they are working on an update for windows media player that sort of fixes it, but since they have to keep it working with write protected stuff only dont know how well it will work.
