Why does At&ts network suck so bad?
So i signed up for service with cingular a few months back and everything was fine until they switched names to att. Since then i have not been able to hold a call for farther then a mile driving. I don't get reception in my home anymore. And all the customer service reps say is its a troubled area. THE SERVICE SUCKS how do i get out of my contract? These guys are worse then hitler to deal with

Yes we do selled used phones as a cheaper option if you don't want to sign a contract. You shouldn't trust COR reps that lie to you like that. We order our phones from the exact same place they do. Its a shame that corporate reps have to lie like that to try and get sales.
The v220 and moto products in general suck. Go get a nokia 6126 and see if that helps.

Oh man, like you said texas, there is a reason they are FREE phones. They are usually discontinued or they are problematic phones. I hate the whole free phone thing, I wish people would understand why they are free and actually care about it. They need to understand that they are getting something that they are going to be stuck with for a year, why not pay just a little bit more and get something decent.

I had a woman that wanted a free phone. The only free phones that I had were steps down from her current phone. She got all huffy, insisted that I shouldn't be calling it an "upgrade" because it was really a "downgrade." I told her that she would be better off just keeping her current phone if she was only interested in free phones. She huffed for a while, then DOWNGRADED HER PHONE because it was free.

Whomever sold him that phone sold him an either very very old new phone, or a used phone. Just because you and I aren't shady, doesn't mean there aren't some bad agents out there.

OK about bad reps, ill tell you one in my area, its crazy. They were finally shut down, but anyways this store would sell OLD phones that were about 4 years old or so, tell the customer its the latest and greatest, and put them on NEW 2 year contracts and by the time the phone was only given 2 months till it just went down on them, they were not able to upgrade their contract at all. And our tech is unable to fix it if he tried due to not having any parts to order or spare parts. It was horible i felt really bad but there is nothing at my store we could do for them. But that just how shady people could be. Oh and just found out that the ones that had that Cingular store, they opened a T-Moble store, im like goodness they just dont stop. :...

I think its just easier say ATT sucks, and thats easy to prove just look that this forum and their churn, or everyone on hofo bitching about their ATT service.
