returning iphones
Has anybody returned their iphones and why?

we didn't sell them, but i have a pretty regular customer who came in and let me mess around with his, but he returned it a week later because he gets no reception in his house n he lives in the city where normally reception is great

I returned mine only because AT&T's coverage is stinky. No signal near my home.

I returned two phones. Not compatible with OSX 10.3or earlier. ($129.99 to upgrade to 10.4 . Not when 10.5 is coming out in 3 months.)
But compatible with xp and vista? WTF!

I didn't get a restocking fee charged when I returned my Sync.

because that wasn't an iPhone! the restocking fee only applies to apple's stupid return policy, not AT&Ts. that's why you only get 14 day return policy instead of the standard 30 day.

wma? mp3 is so much better and much smaller? i never record with my 8525 now, so i just want rock hard OS of blackberry. a 3.2mp camera would be ok.
