Is there a problem with the Cingular home page?

It keeps kicking me out and closing down windows once I actually get to the home page and then try to do anything. Tried the computers at work also and it's doing it there also, so if it's a bug at least it's not just my house.

Anyone else having problems?

I got an email about a week ago saying they were having issues with account log on and bill pay and other services. What you're probably seeing is them trying to fix the errors in real time, and running into new ones. I hope it'll all be fixed soon, but they haven't given us an ETA yet. If you're trying to check your minute usage you can use *MIN# (send). There's also *BAL# for balance inquiries, and *PAY (no # sign) to pay your bill. If it's for an address change or something else your best option would be to call in. Sorry for the inconvenience.

an interesting question i have is this, if you use those "*" services, they send you a text message w/ your balance or your minutes used, are you charged for that text message?
