Can soomeone really look this up in CSP? I'm on vacation so I can't look it up. My mom was charged for roaming in the US. She called customer service and she was told that the Unity plans have roaming in 'certain areas'.

The CSP resolution is is 83849, and it's somewhat vague. It doesn't say anything about calling areas or restrictions in that regard, but it does state "Current Nation & Family talk calling plans", so the calling area should be no different than a regular nation plan, which means no roaming anywhere in the U.S., even on a partner network.

Someone's due for a credit. 🙂
