I have been with At&t/Cingular/At&t for about 5 years now... CingT&T & I have had some rough patches, like having my number ported due to some dumbass being a douche & not doing his job properly... Or how about when I had to do a market change to florida & then had to do it again a few months later back to Colorado again-NIGHTMARE!!!! But I am glad that no matter how rough the waters are, they are my carrier. They have awesome handsets, great coverage & decent rate plans.

Maybe your problems were from going from Telegence (CO) to Care (FL) and back to Telegence (CO) 😳 Two completely diff billing systems.
