Yes, I did read you thread, sorry its taking me a while to get back 🤣
I looked up your zip codes and I see that in the 32614 area code, we dont have tdma or gsm service. I do see however in the 11706 zip code that we do. Tell me something- which area are you primarly in? And did you start up GSM service brand new? With what address is on the account? Please let me know!

i think that he is moving to there ... to 32614 now on our tdma local FL map we provide service TO there (as if someone was traveling or passing by ) but the nearest store is 35 miles away i am assumming they must have a small local wireless service there and we are just using thier towers. question is is where is he moving from
...
Im not sure thats the case because I was looking zip code lookup tool in ccnet (our info line) and it stated absolutely NO tdma or gsm coverage in that area...
And I think that he is residing there as we speak, he may have a plan that covers him in roaming. Im not sure..still waiting for his response 🙄

yeah i know that on the lookup tool it says that.. at first i thought he was giving the wrong zipcode i asked him for a contact number i wanted to really see what his issue is....
