i cant believe that convergys is still in business. Why do people work there, i really can't understand it. I know people that I went to high school with who have been there 5-6 years. What the hell is wrong with you people? I quit Dec.31, 2005, you should have seen the look on my TL's face when i quit new years eve, it was priceless since all the TL in halifax think there aren't any better jobs out there. These loser will be there until they die managing people who hate the company and their job.

Being rediculously over qulaified to work at a call center, I'll never work at one again. I turned my back on nova scotia and will never return to that **** hole. Quiting convergys was the best thing i ever did, no i make $70,000 a year in alberta, how many TLs make that?
I also find it funny that convergys thinks that by blocking the internet in the center, that's going to stop people from saying bad things about them since that was the reason I was told that phone scoop was a blocked site at work.
This company is so poorly managed I can't believe they have any employees. There are so many other companies who treat people right and the con isn't one of them.
