I was on hold trying to switch from ATTWS to verizon, and apparently, after 45 minutes they decided to shut down the phone banks. Pretty much parr for the course with ATTWS.
I can only hope that their phone banks were swamped with smart customers tired of dealing with their ATT crappy service/infrastructure.

Doubtful considering they are one of the only ones turning a profit... AND they are independant of AT&T....

Exactly. Have fun with your new provider, you will soon find out that AT&T Wireless isn't the worst, or the best. You just had some problems and are attacking AT&T Wireless because of it, even though you KNOW the issue could arrise with any other provider. This I know without even knowing what problem you had. I suppose its our customer service and 'infrastructure', please.. elaborate for us.
