had a conversation with my TL today. She asked me why I wasn't doing the call closing and why I didn't care about my stats (PAR). Said well the survery is stupid and demeaning and im not doing it. We are asking people to rate us when we can't help them because cingular took away any chance of us helping customers do what they are calling in for. The stats are useless that are being collected and don't prove anything.

I said if we got paid more than $9 per hour, we would be open more to things we otherwise disagree with like the survery. I said basically that money talks and she disagreed with me and said they would employee issues no matter how much they are paid. I said u are telling me that if were paid 15 or ever $20 per hour, we would be just as unhappy and wouldn't try harder to please the company? I told her she was wrong and basically rediculous for thinking so, stood up and walked away.
