Eventually if AT&T Wireless representatives continue slandering either their company they work for, or the company they outsource for, this entire website will be banned by AT&T Wireless from being accessed from work. I would ask anyone who has listened to their absolutely childish behaviour to ignore them, or their posts, and would request the posts that are of absolute absurdity be removed by a moderator.

I am ashamed to be even remotely related to any of them, as I do work for AT&T Wireless.

This sounds a lot like censorship. When you stop people from speaking their minds and informing the public, it is still going to be censorship.
If the "moderator" does anything to keep info from being discussed or stopped, it is STILL censorship!
HANDS OFF!

So what if we access it from work? Just not when we are supposed to be doing our job. What if there are computers in the breakroom we can use. Or anyone stop to think all the CSR's are taking a few min to respond at home? I do it at work because they are personal computers and allowed to a lot. Thats what they are there for 😁

Perhaps you missed what I said. I do not mind responding either to customers issues. Its when certain representatives act with absolute and complete immaturity in responding to either a) Customer questions or b) each other.

I will not name ANY names, and hope that most of you know who I am speaking of.

Censorship, or perhaps nessesity?
