You can only order another AWS device if your device is lost or stolen, this is the only exception. There is a very limited number of models that are offered. At this time they are Nokia & Motorola.

This is not entirely true, customers are allowed to upgrade. It depends on length of service, and type of customer they are. Consumers, IRUs (Sponsorship) or no-FAN B2B customers must renew contract to receive discounted upgrades. If this customer does not want to renew his or her contract, he or she can still upgrade, but must be charged retail pricing for the upgrade.
Account MUST be current. If billing account is MORE than 30 days past due, regardless of the amount past due, they will NOT be eligible to Upgrade until the billing account is brought current. Although we have mostly nokia's and motorola's available, that is not all we have. We have the Sony Ericsson T637, Samsung E316, and the Audiovox SMT 5600. We also have several PDA'S. Unfortunately the Treo 650 is on b/o. We have several other devices, just not in stock at the moment. You can call customer care at 1-866-293-4634 and then choose option two for gsm.
