Buying a phone from E-BAY (or other vendor)
The other two users (the Nokia 3595,) do not want to change phones, so, going to Cingular to migrate is not an option.
When I am looking at E-Bay for phones, what exact frequency band should I pay attention to??? I am in Pittsburgh -- my current phone is 850/1900 -- do I need to be there or will 900/1900 work ??
Are ATTWS phones still available from Customer Service ??
Thanks for your help 🙂

This is not entirely true, customers are allowed to upgrade. It depends on length of service, and type of customer they are. Consumers, IRUs (Sponsorship) or no-FAN B2B customers must renew contract to receive discounted upgrades. If this customer does not want to renew his or her contract, he or she can still upgrade, but must be charged retail pricing for the upgrade.
Account MUST be current. If billing account is MORE than 30 days past due, regardless of the amount past due, they will NOT ...

You can just migrate ONLY your number and the other two Shared Plan phones can stay by themselves... not 100% about this one because I work with digital attws, not gsm and it could be different from my department but i have done this with my digital customers... but it wouldn't hurt to check with a gsm attws rep 🙂
