We all know about the customers who demand the same pricing that new customers get, but I just had a guy who demanded BETTER pricing that what new customers get, and he was a jerk too. Then he wanted a better plan than anyone else, I told him everyone has access to the same plans, but I wanted to tell him "Who the hell do you think you are lol"

I can get him a better plan and better rates and better prices on the phones.... Sir, we have a corporate rate for customers with more than 30 lines of service. How many would you like?
