Need to get it off my chest
I have told this story to other people but I think only people who do this awful job will understand what a load it is. This woman calls in she needs the number for lockline so I check to see if she has the insurance so I am checking. I express empathy for her losing her phone 🙄 than she sort of laughs and says she didnt lose it but her friends phone broke so this way they can get her one for free. I sort of pause so I call lockline because floor support told me I had to when i tell the locklin rep he says that as long as she has filed a ploice report there isnt anything he can do about it. Does this strike anyone else as odd?

Thats a horrible thought that they cannot do anything about insurance fraud just because the customer filed a police report!!!! I'm shocked and appalled!

well, if the call wasnt recorded then she can say she didnt say that.. then its your word against hers.. and customers word is gold

I dont care enough to have even taken anywhere. 😲 It just shocked me that lockline didnt care.

its not that "lockline" didnt care, its that the rep didnt care.. like reps here sometimes dont care
