Okay, listen up, there two people that are normally on this forum who know what they are talking about the first person is: ATTWS_H8Tr the other person is Qagirl. This two people have their facts straight and I trust because I have "checked" them out.

And all of them are going against AT&T Wireless's policies and prosedures by posting on here, and all of them are giving out either proprietery information and are as well making themselves fools in front of the customers who they are (apparently) supposed to be helping. I have forwarded this entire forum web address to the Ops manager at our center and have requested that it, and if need be, the entire website returned to the AT&T Wireless firewall, if this is how its employees handle themselves outside of work.

but you are on here too, if you are so against it, why do you post. i definatly think they should monitor what people say on here, but a little discussion isnt bad, or helping people with simple non account questions.

There is nothing wrong with monitoring a forum, it's when you take action, to stop, or prevent, or change info, that I would have a problem with. What does everybody think about monitoring? I think it's wrong, let people go at it!

I am not upset at people giving responses and whatno, nowhere does it say they can't. I will not list any examples but if you read AT&T Wireless's privacy policy you'd see that giving out information that is proprietary is not allowed. As well look at the one guys name, ATTWS_H8ter... how much sillier can you get? This isn't grade 5, so don't act like it.
