What call center do you work for?

The verbatim statements havent changed all that much, I tend to steer clear of those and say it in my own form...each customer deserves the right to have a personable level with the rep that they speak with and I fell that we should sound like robots..ya know 🤣

Belive me when I say that he is going against AT&T Wireless policy, as well as the call center policy by even posting on these boards during work time. If he is found he will probably be placed on a CAP, and the entire website placed on the firewall so NOONE can look at it. Giving out that kind of information is NOT allowed. I would ask a moderator to remove it. 🙂

i'm in edmonton too


we heard about the new openings last week, so a bunch of us tried them out. the customers actually laughed at us, and asked if we actually had to say that. he said he would call in everytime he needed a laugh now, i'm glad it was just a laugh he said, some people can turn that into something bad

i work for another wirelss company and i must say the amount of company "jargon" you use in here would get most CSR's fired after looking into the info.not you in general but i see alot of reps talking about company p+p.but actually giving the info.we here are firewalled to this site @ work because of it. so take heed AWS reps .if you are doing this @ work they can trace you and stop you.

i see some posts refering to reps posting P&P's HERE on this website and to worry about firewalls and being fired 😳
... i know that something like that happened on the verizon forem or people were threatening jobs or something a while back before the update but after reading all the posts since the update WHAT p&p's were said??
i dont see any p&p

If what you post is proprietary or confidential then you should worry, not just about being fired but also sued.

but I didnt post any p&p so
sue me all you want... honestly i think people shouldnt be worried about what other people post.
if by any chance at all i DO post which i ever doubt proprietary or confidential information i will take full responsibility for all my actions if i get fired or sued SO BE IT...
but dont post "hey watch what you say, stop posting " honestly common worry about yourself
not you or other reps but i think everyone knows what they can post and what they cant.

THANK YOU I said this about 2 weeks ago and everybody said "who is posting policy? I am not posting policy" and everybody was getting mad saying "how do you know they are not doing it at home who cares talk about other things about the company
