Need help unlocking. Please.

I have Cingular, my dad has ATT. I got the new razor from Cingular for him. He put his ATT chip in it an it worked perfectly. I put my Cingular chip in his ATT Motorola V505 and it said "Enter Subsidy Password:". I am pretty sure that password it to unlock the phone and Customer Care won't help me, obviously. So do any of you guys out there know the password. Thank you for your time.
