I just got back from a book store that I frequent. I came across a magazine, called Forbes Tech, issue date on the cover was Nov. 10(11).
It has an interesting article about, Verizon, T-Mobile, Cingular, Nextel, of cause ATTWS.
One of the things it said, that ATTWS should buy out Cingular if it wants to compete ans stay afloat with Verizon.
Second, ATTWS has the largest defection rate among the carriers (29 million).
I didn't buy the magazine, but I think it did open my eyes to the "woes" ATTWS is suffering from. So if you guys are "truly happy" working for ATTWS, more power to you, if not, see if Verizon has any openings, that is what I'd do, if I were in the wireless biz.

the thing is most aws custoemr care reps dont technically work for aws, we are contract to them. so if aws does go down, we are okay our company will find another place to contract to.

Well pumpkin, as for customer service I wish them well, I know a lot about companies hurting and look at Sony. They just "let go" of 20,000 employees! Ouch!
If something like that can happen to Sony, it can also happen to ATTWS.
And I wouldn't wish that on anybody.
