Trying to set-up with ATT Wireless...Need Help

I really like the Motorola MPx200, and yes I realize it's being replaced soon. But I can't figure out what I need to sign up for in order to synch with Outlook, be able to check my email away from home, and access the web. I know I need a national plan, but do I also need to sign up for mMode? Office Online w/ PC access? A data plan? I can't get ATT to give me a straight answer on what I need.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

yea you're gonna need mmode, Go to the att website and look for mmode information it will ask you some questions to assess how much m-mode you'll need and what data plan you should get

well Mmode is already in the phone, there are different packages you can get, for how many Mega Bytes you think you would need. for example you can pay $7.99 which would give you 1 MB of data. the data add ons are dependant on how much you are going to use that part of the phone. there is also a data package for 12.99 which gives 4MB of data, or $19.99 which will give you 8MB of data. I'm not to sure if that answered all of your questions but hopefully it will help 😁

Just a quick note, I recommend that you add Mobile Internet as oppossed to mMode. the data buckets are the same size, but it is the correct feature for a phone that has a real browser, as opposed to the mMode browser. You would use mMode with a handset, something like the Treo 600 or the MPX2000 get Mobile Internet. I dont recommend the MPX 2000 as it is 850/1900. The lower frequency "850" will help with coverage a lot.
Best wishes,
