Customer service has always been good to me, it's policys that people like me will be the reason to switch carriers. I wish I had done more research before "hooking" up with Attws. I admit it is my own fault, for not getting more info.
The only reason I'm still with Attws is at the moment my resume has my current Attws number. Once I begin a new job, I no longer need to have Attws as my carrier after Nov.24.
That is the only thing that has stopped me from going to Verizon.
J.D. Powers and Consumers magazine gave Verizon the best write up( as per say in Consumers Report).
