Am I the only one?
I know I'm going to get hell for this.. But here goes.
Some of you people defend ATTWS with your lives. I used to be like that when I started two years ago but as of late I haven't been able to do that. ATTWS has some great rates right now don't get me wrong. But there are some serious problems with ATTWS. I sell ATTWS as an Indirect Excluse Dealer. And the past 2 weeks, around 3 to about 5 sometimes even 6 o'clock.. Their "GSM Systems are Updating." That seems the time of day the we have the most transactions and we can't even process anything. I understand the people we talk to can't do anything about that. But doesn't management need to maybe try to fix this problem. It gets pretty frustrating. Also I don't know if it's the pe...

😢 sorry but no love lost for the indirects. While i believe you when you say it's not ALWAYS indirect, most times its easier to make a quick buck if it doesn't come back to haunt you. Now i admit from this end there are just as many "bright" employees who make mistakes but at least then we know it isn't commision based. 😈
