I'm with at&t warranty exchange dept., what little left in this country anyway, and my last call today, was a cust who called and first thing started screaming at me because "he thought" I had made his daughter cry. (Like I'm the only person in my dept.). So after listening to him a few minutes I realize this guy just isn't going to quit, so I interrupt and try to get down to business, the entire way this guy yelling and screaming trying to get me to hurry up cause he was on hold for 5 hours(riiiggghht). Aren't you supposed to treat each customer the same...calmly and rationally...regardless of their mood?
And I can understand when someone is yelling at AT&T, heck most of the time I completely agree with them. But when they start throwing punches at me, telling me how I need to be fired because I didnt give them what they wanted, and how much of a dumba** I am because they broke thier fon that gets me.

i love those customers who say they lost "thousands of dollars in business" because their cellphone crapped out on them for one day. it may be true but hell, go scream at moto or nokia..
screaming at any wireless service provider about a defective phone is like screaming at the cable company because your tv went out.
