Never wanna hear the word Migration again

This woman calls in and wants to go over all the information for migrating to Cingular. She is eligible but because of a non-existent past due balance it says she isn't eligible. So 45 minutes later I get an override to talk to her about the phones. At this point I have worked out her average mins..which if anyone knew me you would realize the headache this caused.....than we finally get to talk about phones. The problem is the lines are her kids and she doesn't want them to be stuck with a phone they don't like. So I spend 25 minutes talking to each teen, talking to them about the phones. They each make a choice at a reasonable cost. So I talk to Mom again....now she wants to know about any hidden fees....I am sorry no fee is ever hidden su...

yup been there, customers want to talk with a person and be confident in their choices, not many people want to be "SOLD", but rather "told" by someone non intimidating(ie non-sales(Care) or non-commissioned sales
