just sop u know cingular valus everyone business, HOWEVER just becasue you have been with the company for xx amount of yr's doesnt give you any special power over other customers
things are set up the way they are for a reason
i had a customer today who would rather pay xx amount of dollars every mnth for overage charges than pay for a 30 phone.. becasue in her mind ( we owed her a free phone)
OWED excuse me, since when does a company owe you a free phone, do water companyies owe ya a free sink every yr??? or a new water heater??

You pay for what you get, buyer beware. You want a free phone, I am sick of explaining it in here that the customer shouldn't be given a free phone.
The manufacturer should get off it's ass and start selling it's damn phones to the customer instead of the provider. Honestly which company out their gives discounts towards customers or free devices if they do a contract with them?
