she called in to change her rate plan. explained that if she made the changes she would lose all of her promotions and blah blah blah we all know the drill
she freaked out on me.
Well I did it LAST year and had no prolen getting them back
I explained that they were a PROMOTION that was no longer being offered. That mobile to mobile was there for a 2 year promo as were her additional minutes......she spent I swear the next 10 minutes ranting about how cingular is just f****ing her over and that its all a scam. Explained again that they were promotions. She then told me that there were no such things as promotions with the old AT&T and that cingular is from the devil(her wo...
